Tools For Getting Unstuck

Feeling stuck is an experience common to us all. It shows up when we are trying to make decisions, designing new ways of doing things, dealing with difficult situations – indeed any sort of uncertainty or conflict can land us in that stuck place. When it shows up, it stifles our creativity, brings up judgment and anxiety, and wastes a lot of time.

In your organization, stuck may look like endless meetings on the same subject without reaching resolution, or perhaps lots of agreement that there is a problem but nothing that looks like a path forward. Stuck might feel like a lot of confusion about what’s happening, or like an us vs. them mentality, or a lot of painful emotions that people can’t seem to get through. Stuck could also be showing up as exhaustion, and a sense that you’ll never get enough accomplished.
