Coaching Groups

Do You Want Something to Change This Year?

If you answered yes to this question, you may now be feeling a bit uncomfortable, frustrated, or even scared. If you are like most of us, knowing that you want something to change is not the same as knowing exactly what that change is, or how to make it happen.

Maybe you have something niggling at you, some change you want to make. Or maybe you’re feeling like you’re setting aside the things you most want. Or maybe you’re just feeling stuck or unfulfilled in your life right now.

Whatever your situation, you have what it takes to discover the right path and make the changes you want to make. But it can be hard to stay focused on what you want in the midst of your complex and already very full life.

Maybe it’s time to give yourself the time and focus you need to figure out what you want and how to step into a life that has room for all of you.

Take a moment now to stop and really ask yourself:

What would support you in making the changes you want to make?

  • Time dedicated to exploring you and what you want to be creating?
  • Honest, open, reflective conversations with others who are creating change in their own lives?
  • New tools for figuring out what you most want, getting out of stuck spots and accessing your strengths, your imagination, your best self?

If that sounds good to you, I invite you to consider joining a coaching group.

Linking people in a network of mutual support is a tried and true method for helping people achieve important goals and move through transitions, and coaching groups are a great way to get those benefits plus learn and practice many new tools and approaches to creating change. Coaching groups are also less expensive than individual coaching, and I offer a discount on individual coaching sessions to people currently in a coaching group.

Coaching groups can be focused on particular experiences, like looking for new work, going through divorce, dealing with the transition of kids leaving home, or any other major transition. They can also be focused on a particular aspect of making change, like getting unstuck, taming your inner critic, or cultivating new perspectives and habits. Or, they can just be a collection of people choosing to travel the same path together for a while, with the support of a facilitator.

If you are interested in a particular kind of coaching group and you don’t see it listed below, contact me; I’d love to hear about what you are looking for, and might be able to help create it.

Upcoming Groups

There are no current groups being offered. I expect to offer one or two starting in September. To hear about new groups as they are forming, please subscribe to the Perspectives eNewsletter.

Contact me if you have questions.

Guest Appearances at Your Support or Networking Group

If you are already part of some kind of support or networking group, I am available to do mini-workshops, either as part of one of your regular meetings, or separately, on a wide variety of topics. Contact me and we can talk about what would support your needs.

If you are creating a new group and would like me to facilitate I’d love to talk with you about that.
